The <br /> EHD has also met with the California Regional Water Quality Control Board Central Valley <br /> Region (CRWQCBCVR) to discuss closure consideration of this case . <br /> The EHD requires additional information to complete its consideration to move this site to <br /> closure. Please submit a response to the following bulleted items in a one- or two-page letter to <br /> the EHD by 24 September 2014: <br /> • Provide calculations showing current estimates of the residual adsorbed and dissolved <br /> contaminant masses of total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-g) and methyl <br /> tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE) ; <br /> • Provide a technical evaluation and professional opinion concerning the threat to nearby <br /> municipal and domestic wells from the unauthorized petroleum hydrocarbon release <br /> from the former product lines and dispensers that were removed in 1998; and <br /> • Provide well constructions of the one municipal and three domestic wells located within <br /> five hundred feet of this site. <br /> By electronic mail dated 15 January 2014 , the EHD directed your consulting firm , Cardno ATC , <br /> to discontinue monitoring and sampling all wells associated with this site. <br /> If you have any questions, please contact Vicki McCartney at (209) 468-9852 or by email at <br /> vmccailney@sjcehd . com . <br />
