Mr. Knoll : <br /> This letter prepared by Stantec Consulting Company (Stantec) on behalf of ConocoPhillips, documents the <br /> disposal of drilling derived soil generated during the drilling and installation of oxygen injection wells (OS-1 <br /> through OS-8). Soil cuttings generated during the site assessment activities were stored in 28 Department of <br /> Transportation (DOT) approved 55-gallon capacity steel drums. Decontamination water generated during the <br /> site activities was stored in 8 DOT approved drums . The drums were staged onsite pending laboratory <br /> characterization as non-hazardous waste. Belshire Environmental Services (Belshire) of Foothill Ranch, <br /> California transported the drums of soil cuttings to the TPST soil Recyclers of California licensed landfill <br /> facility in Adelanto, California and the drums of decontamination water to Demenno Kerdoon in Compton, <br /> California for disposal .
