To install 8 oxygen injection sparge wells (OS) and perform an oxygen injection feasibility <br /> study. <br /> 2 . To perform semi-monthly mobile oxygen injection . <br /> 3 . To evaluate oxygen injection as a viable remedial alternative for corrective action . <br /> 4 . To collect soil and ground water samples from one of the soil borings. <br /> 5. To analyze the soil and ground water samples for: TPH-gas, BTEX, oxygenates including <br /> MTBE, and fuel additives including 1 ,2-DCA by EPA method 8260B . <br /> 6 . To perform an ozone bench scale test using the soil and ground water samples collected . <br /> 7 . To complete and submit appropriate reports to EHD for review and comment. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1 . The ozone bench scale test should include additional analysis : bromate by EPA Method 317 <br /> and bromide by EPA Method 300. Total chromium should be analyzed by 6020. <br /> 2 . General metal analysis should be completed on ground water samples collected from existing <br /> nearby on-site MWs to assure ground water quality has not been affected by the oxygen <br /> injection application . A pre-application base line ground water analysis for general metals <br /> maybe warranted. <br /> 3. All work must be performed under required permits. A well installation permit application and <br /> fees must be submitted to EHD by October 15, 2008. <br /> 4. The proposed scope of work must be completed within 90 days of EHD permit issuance. <br /> 5 .
