J • <br /> STATEMENTS <br /> Purge Water Disposal <br /> Non-hazardous groundwater produced during purging and sampling of monitoring was accumulated at <br /> TRC' s groundwater monitoring facility at Concord, California, for transportation by Onyx <br /> Transportation, Inc , to the ConocoPhillips Refinery at Rodeo, California Disposal at the Rodeo facility <br /> was authorized by ConocoPhnllnps in accordance with " ESD Standard Operating Procedures - Water <br /> Quality and Compliance", as revised on February 7, 2003 Documentation of compliance with <br /> ConocoPhnlinps requirements is provided by an ESD Form R-149, which is on file at TRC' s Concord <br /> Office Purge water containing a significant amount of liquid-phase hydrocarbons was accumulated <br /> separately in drums for transportation and disposal by Filter Recycling, Inc <br /> Limitations <br /> The fluid level monitoring and groundwater sampling activities summarized in this report have been <br /> performed under the responsible charge of a California Registered Geologist or Registered Civil <br /> Engineer and have been conducted in accordance with current practice and the standard of care <br /> exercised by geologists and engineers performing similar tasks in this area No warranty, express or <br /> implied, is made regarding the conclusions and professional opinions presented in this report The <br /> conclusions are based solely upon an analysis of the observed conditions If actual conditions differ <br /> from those described in this report, our office should be notified <br /> • <br />
