The project includes a 4 , 250 square foot expansion of an existing <br /> 6 , 785 square foot building to be used for storage of materials ; located on the west side <br /> of North Wigwam Drive , at the south terminus of North Teepee Drive , Stockton . <br /> ( Supervisorial District 2 ) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER : Gilbert L . Van Mourik APPLICANT : John Sikkema Construction <br /> ADDRESS : 2365 N . Wigwam Drive , Stockton APN : 132 - 080 - 12 <br /> INFORMATION : <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area designated as Zone AH . The 100 - Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 324eet <br /> NAVD 1988 . <br /> The site is within the Phase 1 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System ( NPDES ) . <br /> Wigwam Drive has an existing and planned right- of-way of 84 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 ) An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right- of-way .
