the work order for this visit, as well as the February 28th Monitoring Certification results, <br /> are attached for your review and records. <br /> • On March 14th, Gettler-Ryan again returned to the subject site and found no indication <br /> of liquid or leaks in either sump, and only noted slight "sweating" in the Diesel STP <br /> sump. A copy of the work order is attached for your review and records. <br /> Corrective Action Plan: <br /> Gettler-Ryan has applied for a permit with SJC EHD to replace the flex hose steel piping <br /> and related fittings in the Diesel STP sump to address the "sweating." They are currently <br /> scheduled to be on site April 1,2013 to conduct these repairs. In addition, while on site <br /> Gettler-Ryan will check the 91 sump again and further inspect the sump for possible <br /> sources of liquid if any is found. <br /> Return to Compliance Form: <br /> Per our conversation on March 27,2012, we are submitting a completed Return to <br /> Compliance Form with the understanding that the work at this site is stip on-going,and <br /> that a full return to compliance will be certified upon completion of all work. <br /> It is our policy to address deficiencies, issues of concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail <br /> facilities immediately.
