Please be advised that the following issue has been addressed: <br /> Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. Current financial <br /> responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. Complete and submit a <br /> copy of the financial responsibility. Financial responsibility letters for all sites in the San Joaquin <br /> Environmental Health Department's jurisdiction were submitted via Fed-Ex, tracking number <br /> 426902477331, on December 21, 2011. Documents arrived at the EHD on December 22, 2011 and <br /> were subsequently signed for by G. 011iverra at the front desk. A copy of the submission, with the <br /> subject site highlighted, is attached for your records. <br /> Although we have confirmation of general receipt of our financial responsibility documents by the EHD <br /> last December, if you have any suggestions as to how we can improve our submission process to <br /> better ensure specific receipt by all necessary EHD parties, please don't hesitate to contact me. <br /> It is our policy to address deficiencies, issues of concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail <br /> facilities immediately. With the submittal of this letter, it is our understanding that the item(s) of alleged <br /> non-compliance has been resolved.
