A valid, current contractor's license issued by the Contractors State License Board, <br /> and <br /> b. A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International <br /> Code Council (ICC). <br /> 6. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a complete list. <br /> 7. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
