In the event any term of this Agreement is held invalid by a <br /> court of competent jurisdiction, the Agreement shall be construed as not <br /> containing that term, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full <br /> force and effect. <br /> JURISDICITON AND VENUE. The interpretation, validity, and enforcement of <br /> the Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State <br /> of California. Any suit, claim, or legal proceeding of any kind related to this <br /> Agreement shall be filed and heard in a court of competent jurisdiction in the <br /> '� County of San Joaquin. <br /> ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement, including all documents incorporated <br /> herein by reference, comprises the entire integrated understanding between the <br /> parties concerning the work to be performed for this project. This Agreement <br /> w <br /> supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements. <br /> COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW. CONTRACTOR shall comply with all local, <br /> state, and federal laws, whether or not said laws are expressly stated in this <br /> Agreement. <br /> DIVISION IV- 19 <br />
