f <br /> GUARANTEE <br /> FOR THE <br /> CITY OF TRACY <br /> Tracy, California 95376 s <br /> LEWIS MANOR WELL CONSTRUCTION (PHASE 1) AND DESTRUCTION OF THREE <br /> ABANDONED WELLS AND TWO PUMP HOUSES <br /> CIP 7502, 7503, &7535 <br /> We hereby guarantee that the work we have installed for the LEWIS MANOR <br /> WELL CONSTRUCTION (PHASE 1) AND DESTRUCTION OF THREE ABANDONED <br /> WELLS AND TWO PUMP HOUSES - CIP 7502, 7503, & 7535, has been done in <br /> accordance with the Plans and Specifications and that the work installed will fulfill the <br /> requirements of the guarantee. <br /> We agree to repair or replace any or all of our work, together with any other <br /> adjacent work which may be displayed in so doing that may prove to be defective in its <br /> workmanship or material within a period of one (1).year from the date of acceptance of <br /> the above-named work by the City of Tracy, without any expense whatsoever to the City <br /> of Tracy, ordinary wear and tear and unusual abuse or neglect excepted. <br /> Within fifteen (15) days after being notified in writing by the City of Tracy of any <br /> defects in the work, we agree to commence and prosecute with due diligence all work <br /> necessary to fulfill the terms of this guarantee, and to complete the work within a <br /> period of time and in the event of our failure to so comply,reasonable p , we collectively P Y <br /> r and separately, do hereby authorize said City of Tracy to proceed to have such work <br /> done at our expense and we will honor and pay the cost and changes therefore upon <br /> demand. <br /> Dated: <br /> By: <br /> E <br /> a <br /> DIVISION'IV-23 <br />
