(AGE)to advance 5 soil probe borings at 1444 Tillie Lewis <br /> Drive, Stockton, CA <br /> Thescope of work for investigation at 1444 Tillie Lewis Drive will include drilling a 2-inch diameter <br /> borehole utilizing a van mounted Geoprobe drill rig to an approximate depth of 20 feet below site <br /> grade (bsg). <br /> Prior to performance of any field operations, a 48 hours notification to W. Chris Ronson will he <br /> given. Drilling activities will be completed in approximately 5 hours. The area utilized for boring <br /> advancement activities at 1444 Tillie Lewis Drive shall be returned to its original conditions prior <br /> to drilling activities. <br /> All costs for performance of the subsurface investigation will be the sole responsibility of Van De <br /> Pal Enterprises. Van De Pal Enterprises will be solely responsible for all costs and expenses for <br /> investigation associated with contamination front previous operations by the Former Laidlaw <br /> Facility. <br /> Copies of all testing and reporting for any investigation performed at 1444 Tillie Lewis Drive will <br /> be forwarded to Mr. Chris Ronson.
