Inspector notes ' odor, n , PBTPorat2& -3 taken at 12' bgs <br /> from soil below piping. Soil samples, PBTP-1, , <br /> below UST and just above ground water @1.5 s. Piping <br /> samples <br /> rom UST pet <br /> taken at 2' and 3' bgs. One ground water sample <br /> 05-29-02 Report of UST removal indicated slight soil contamination noted (5.0 ppm <br /> TPHd @ piping area) and grab ground water sample in pit was 130 ug/1 of <br /> TPHd. EHD files URF#02-U06 and Prop 65 #02-017. Site to enter LOP. <br /> 06-11-02 NOR dated this date sent to corrected SBC address. EHD directs work <br /> plan for additional investigation to be submittal by August 1, 2002. Site <br /> listed as soil site, Program Element#35.27 until ground water <br /> contamination can be confirmed. <br /> 08-09-02 EHD approves work plan for six (6) push points in and around UST pit. <br /> Boring permit issued. <br /> 09-19-02 Push points/soil borings placed onsite. <br /> 12-31-02 Report of findings for push points reviewed. Highest soil hit, 2.7 mg/kg in <br /> boring "PB-SB-3" @10' bgs, --15' south of UST pit. Ground water grab <br /> samples indicate highest TPHd in boring "PB-GW-3" @ 390 ug/I. No <br /> BTEX or MtBE detected in any samples at approved detection limits. <br /> Report recommends No Further Action. <br /> . 01-03-03 Site discussed with CVRWQCB and monitoring wells and receptor survey <br /> required. <br /> 02-14-03 EHD generates comment letter and requires monitoring well installation <br /> and receptor survey. <br /> 07-18-03 Three monitoring wells included in April 2003 work plan installed today. <br /> 02-09-04 Request for No Further Action/Closure Report received at EHD. Includes <br /> two ground water sampling events (July and October 2003), both non- <br /> detect for TPHd, BTEX, and MtBE. EHD concurs and prepares site for <br /> CVRWQCB concurrence. <br /> 02-13-04 Closure documents prepared. <br /> 02-23-04 Closure documents sent to CVRWQCB. <br />
