Work Plan <br /> November 16,2006 <br /> The analytical results will be available seven business days after the samples are submitted to the <br /> laboratory. The laboratory analytical results will be provided to San Joaquin County. <br /> The soil sampling locations will be abandoned in accordance with San Joaquin County requirements <br /> (borings into ground water will be tremie grouted with neat cement and borings in unsaturated soil will be <br /> free-fall grouted)and the surface will be topped with concrete,asphalt,or soil,which ever is appropriate. <br /> Phase II Report <br /> A report will be prepared by LAC summarizing the findings of the Phase II investigation. This report will <br /> present the results of the laboratory analysis and will compare the results to applicable cleanup standards <br /> and reporting requirements. The report will include a site location map and a site plan showing sampling <br /> locations. The laboratory analytical results will be included as appendices to the report. LAC senior <br /> personnel will review the report for quality assurance.
