Work Plan
November 16,2006
The analytical results will be available seven business days after the samples are submitted to the
laboratory. The laboratory analytical results will be provided to San Joaquin County.
The soil sampling locations will be abandoned in accordance with San Joaquin County requirements
(borings into ground water will be tremie grouted with neat cement and borings in unsaturated soil will be
free-fall grouted)and the surface will be topped with concrete, asphalt,or soil, which ever is appropriate.
Phase II Report
A report will be prepared by LAC summarizing the findings of the Phase II investigation. This report will
present the results of the laboratory analysis and will compare the results to applicable cleanup standards
and reporting requirements. The report will include a site location map and a site plan showing sampling
locations. The laboratory analytical results will be included as appendices to the report. LAC senior
personnel will review the report for quality assurance. Recommendations will be included if further
investigation or action is deemed appropriate in order to assess potential environmental liability issues
with regard to the site.
If you have any questions regarding this work, please call Jeremy Russell at (949) 930-9101 or Dale
Lanier at(704) 543-4221 extension 107.
3
