These well destruction. <br /> - activities were initiated based on the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board's January 24,2008-- <br /> letter.advising Shell that no further Action is required at this stte..77he well'destructions were.performed per <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD)guidelines.. ._ <br /> i-.
