City of Tracy Page 8 of 8 <br /> Permit No. <br /> c) The terms and conditions may be modified as a' result of <br /> EPA promulgating a new federal, pretreatment standard. <br /> d) Any permit modifications which result in new conditions in <br /> the permit shall include a reasonable time sc'iedule for compliance, <br /> but will require compliance by the Federally new dated deadlines. <br /> 13. DUTY TO REAPPLY <br /> The City shall notify a User ninety (90) days prior to the <br /> expiration of the User's permit. Within sixty (60) days of the <br /> notification, the User shall reapply for reissue of the permit an a <br /> form provided by the City. Wastewater discharge permits are for <br /> one year periods following the permit approved date and must be <br /> renewed annually. Wastewater discharge permit can . be renewed <br /> annually with the continuing operating permit, whicli is reissued by <br /> _. the City. <br /> 14. SEVERABILITY <br /> The provisions of this permit are severable, and if any <br /> provision of this permit, or the application of any provision of <br /> this permit to any circumstance, is held invalid, the application <br /> of such provision to other circumstances, and the remainder of this <br /> permit, shall not be affected thereby. <br /> 15. PROPERTY RIGHTS <br /> The issuance of this permit does not convey any property <br /> rights in either real or personal property, or any excli,sive <br /> _. privileges, nor does it authorize any invasion of personal rights, <br /> nor any infringement of Federal, State or local regulations. <br /> 16. VIOLATION OF PERMIT CONDITIONS <br /> In addition to the termination of sewage service, persons who <br /> violate the conditions of this permit are subject to civil <br /> penalties. <br />
