Records from the San Joaquin County <br /> Assessor's Office indicate that this is Parcel No.211-460-30,and that the land is owned by Shell. Shell's <br /> regional representative is Mr.Ray Newsome, District Engineer, East Bay District,Concord, California. <br /> The area surrounding the site is flat and situated in a commercial and residential area. The site is located <br /> immediately north of Interstate 205 at the Tracy Boulevard exit. <br />
