Work Plan for Septic Dralnfield Investigation March 7,2013 <br /> 8700 Thornton Rd. Project No.1091 <br /> Stockton,California Page 4 <br /> A soil sample for lab analyses will be cut from the acrylic tube using a hacksaw and will be <br /> immediately sealed at each end with Teflon film and plastic caps. The sample will then be <br /> labeled, placed in a cooler and maintained at 4 degrees Celsius until delivery to the analytical <br /> laboratory. The samples will undergo chain of custody protocol. McCampbell Analytical <br /> Laboratory (DHS ELAP Certification #1644) will perform all of the lab analyses. Their lab report <br /> will include results, the chain of custody form and QA/QC data. The report will be completed <br /> approximately five working days after receiving the samples. This report will be included in the <br /> final site report prepared by CES. <br /> PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The Septic Drainfield Investigation will be completed within 30 days after the RWQCB approves <br /> this work plan. Results of the laboratory analyses and a schedule for the investigation of the <br /> drain field will be forwarded to the RWQCB within 60 days after RWQCB approval of this work <br /> plan. <br />
