Receiving water samples shall be taken from the <br /> following: <br /> Station Description <br /> R-1 500 feet upstream from the point of discharge <br /> R-2 500 feet downstream from the point of discharge <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents uniia Stain Freauencv <br /> Dissolved Oxygen mg/1 R-1, R-2 Weekly <br /> pH pH Units R-1, R-2 Weekly <br /> Turbidity Turbidity Units R-1, R-2 Weekly <br /> Temperature °F R-1, R-2 Weekly <br /> In conducting the receiving water sampling, a log shall be kept of the receiving water conditions throughout <br /> the reach bounded by Stations R-1 and R-2. Attention shall be given to the presence or absence of. <br /> a. Floating or suspended matter <br /> b. Discoloration <br /> C. Bottom deposits <br /> d. Aquatic life <br /> Notes on receiving water conditions shall be summarized in the monitoring report. <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING <br /> A sampling station shall be established where a representative sample of the municipal water supply can be <br /> obtained.
