Louise Avenue, Lathrop CA <br /> Your permit application to install new Pomeco/OPW spill containment at the above referenced <br /> location has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact EHD to schedule the following appointments: <br /> a. The spill bucket must be tested to ensure they hold a minimum of 5-gallons. <br /> b. The spill bucket must be verified to drain product into the tank. <br /> 2. At least one person who holds the International Code Council UST <br /> Installer/Retrofitter certification must be onsite when work is performed. <br /> 3. Submit the contractor training record for the Pomeco/OPW spill buckets prior to <br /> beginning work. <br /> 4. Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 5. Allow 48-hour advance notice for scheduling inspections with this office. <br /> 6.
