Contact the local fire department,building department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br /> Control District for applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br /> commencing work. <br /> 3. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br /> 4. Contact Steven C. Shih at(209) 468-9850 to arrange inspection appointments; 48-hour <br /> notice for inspection appointments is required. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br /> (a) Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2)(B). <br /> (b) Spill bucket. <br /> 5. A third party certified tank integrity test must be performed and results received by this <br /> office within 7 days of completing the project. <br /> 6. Permit expires within 90 days.
