Permit #009318 was issued for on site <br /> work and permit # 009319 for off site work (Ackel property). Enclosed are copies of the <br /> permits for your reference. <br /> In the future, work plans that are submitted to DTSC should also be submitted to <br /> PHS/EHD. <br /> PHS/EHD has been informed by Stephen Muir that field work will be scheduled within the <br /> next few weeks.
