PHS/EHD has prepared the following <br /> comments for your consideration and response. <br /> PHS/EHD directed you in correspondence dated April 18, 1996 to submit laboratory QA/QC results for <br /> soil samples collected during the limited excavation attempt of January 1995, a corrected soil sample <br /> results summary table and a chain of custody. PHS/EHD directed you to submit a work plan to continue <br /> the investigation of the remaining soil contamination and to initiate a ground water investigation. <br /> PHS/EHD also directed you to characterize the stockpiled soil and drummed rinseate for proper disposal. <br /> Please submit the above referenced information by August 29, 1997.
