DTSC requires that the site-specific soil data of moisture
content, porosity, bulk density, and organic fraction collected at the Lustre-Cal
Nameplate Corporation located at 110 east Turner Road, Lodi, California(Site)
by WZI in June and July 1996 be provided. The site-specific soil data was
collected by WZI in response to DTSC's April 1996 request to develop site-
specific soil gas cleanup goals for the VOCs found at the Site. To date DTSC has
not received the collected data. In February 1997 DTSC contacted Mr. Steve
Muir of WZI for the specified data. WZI declined to provide the data indicating
the absence of consent from Lustre-Cal's attorney, Mr. Thomas Trapp,
Pursuant to Sections 25358.1 and 25358.3 of the California Health and
Safety Code, DTSC requires that the site-specific soil data be provided within 3
days from the date of this letter.
