A copy via U.S. mail is expected to arrive shortly. The letter was <br /> submitted on behalf of the Lustre-Cal facility (the Site) located at 106 and 110 East Turner <br /> Road in Lodi, California. <br /> The purpose of your letter is to request an extension for submitting a proposed schedule of <br /> f <br /> implementation activibes.regarding.our requested work plan for conducting additional <br /> characterization at the Site. Due to the time needed to finalize settlement agreements with <br /> several insurers to conduct necessary soil remediation, you have requested'a second <br /> extension to August 8, 2007 for submitting the schedule of implementation activities. <br /> The Regional Water Board approves your second extension request. However, we cannot <br /> approve a third extension.
