8.0 DATA REPORTING <br /> This section presents reporting requirements relevant to the data produced during all project <br /> analytical activities. <br /> 8.1 Field Data <br /> Data measured by field instruments will be recorded on appropriate field forms. The field data <br /> will be reviewed by the Project Manager to evaluate completeness of the field records and <br /> appropriateness of the field methods employed. All field records will be retained in the project <br /> files. <br /> 8.2 Laboratory Data <br /> Analytical data will contain the necessary sample results, QC data, and acceptance criteria to <br /> evaluate the DQOs defined for the project. Documentation requirements for laboratory data are <br /> defined in Region 9 Laboratory Documentation Requirements for data Validation (USEPA, <br /> 1990b). The laboratory reports will be consistent with USEPA Level Ill documentation and <br /> include the following data and summary forms: <br /> • Narrative, cross-reference, chain-of-custody, and method references <br /> • Analytical results <br /> • Surrogate recoveries (as applicable) <br /> • Blank results <br /> • Laboratory control sample recoveries <br /> • Duplicate sample results or duplicate spike recoveries <br /> • Sample spike recoveries <br /> • Acceptance criteria for applicable 00 samples <br /> Environmental/LNC/workplan/Appendix3.wpd 21 <br />
