Box 2 <br /> Lockeford, CA 95237-0002 <br /> NOTICE OF ADOPTION <br /> OF <br /> LOCKEFORD COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No. R5-2007-0179 for the Wastewater <br /> Treatment Facility was adopted by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central <br /> Valley Region, at its 6 December 2007 meeting. <br /> Please note that the WDRs contain compliance schedules with specific timetables for submitting <br /> reports and conducting studies to the wastewater system. The first scheduled due date is 5 <br /> February 2008, when you must submit information on your storm water system. In addition, the <br /> WDRs contain a Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP), which contains specified monitoring <br /> requirements for you to implement. Please review the MRP closely so that you may establish the <br /> appropriate sampling schedules and protocols. A copy of the Order must be maintained at the <br /> facility and must be accessible to anyone operating the waste treatment system. <br /> In order to conserve paper and reduce mailing costs, a paper copy of the order has been sent <br /> only to the Discharger. Interested parties are advised that the full text of this order is available <br /> on the Regional Board's web site at <br /> http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/centraIvaIleV/adopted orders.
