The secondary containment system must be continuously monitored as required under <br /> California Health & Safety Code (HSC) 25290.1 <br /> 15. Overfill prevention shall satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2)(C) pursuant to the permit application. <br /> 16. All metal components in direct contact with the ground such as flexible connectors, swing <br /> joints, fittings, clamps, bands, and pumps shall have corrosion protection. <br /> 17. A "Certification of Installation / Modification" form for each tank shall be submitted by the <br /> owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to CCR 2635(d)] before this install will be considered <br /> complete by EHD. <br /> 18. An accurate and drawn to scale as-built plan must be submitted to the EHD prior to <br /> scheduling a final inspection. <br /> 19. No gasoline, diesel, or other hazardous material or waste can be released (intentionally or <br /> unintentionally) to the sewer/septic, storm water system, or any other waters of the state. <br /> If a release occurs it will be considered illegal hazardous waste disposal and will be <br /> subject to enforcement. <br /> 20. Submit the Best Management Practices (BMP) to EHD for managing fuel spills and wash- <br /> down water at this site prior to the final inspection. Include in your BMPs how fuel or any <br /> other liquid will be removed from the vapor spill buckets as they contain no draining <br /> mechanism. <br /> 21. Submit correct and complete Monitoring and Response Plans prior to scheduling a final <br /> inspection. <br /> 22. Submit a Certification of Financial Responsibility for Underground Storage Tanks <br /> containing petroleum form with the appropriate mechanism prior to scheduling a final <br /> inspection. <br /> 23. Enhanced Leak Detection (ELD) passed test results must be received prior to receiving <br /> fuel. <br /> 24. Contact Thuy Tran, REHS at (209) 468-8257 for inspections. See the inspection checklist <br /> for the required inspections. All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br /> 25. Permit is only valid for the calendar year in which it has been issued. If an extension to <br /> the expiration date is required, a written request must be submitted to this office thirty days <br /> prior to the end of the calendar year.
