I would <br /> like to resolve these comments in the form of this letter. Allow me to outline the following: <br /> 1. The software used in the Marley CPT-3LLD shall be tested to the satisfaction of San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health. <br /> 2. Should it be required by San Joaquin County Environmental Health, TAIT AND <br /> ASSOCIATES will provide buoyancy calculations due to the partial tank slab removal. <br /> These calculations cannot be made until an examination of the existing hold down <br /> conditions have been evaluated. <br /> 3. All vapor recovery and vent lines shall be exposed for inspection to the satisfaction of San <br /> Joquin County Environmental Health. <br /> 4. Detail sheets for secondary containment boots installed below the dispensers is provided. <br /> 5. Dispenser pan sensor model number 794390-321 will be used in this installation. <br /> Please call should you need additional information.
