Prop 65 filed. <br /> 6/13189 UAR and MFR filed. <br /> 7/10189 Soil samples collected beneath piping under PHS/EHD inspection. <br /> Contamination was observed in soil. <br /> 1116198 NOR letter mailed to RP. Site is referred to as Site 95 by RP. <br /> 11/14/90 Soil sample results from stockpile evidence ND results. Sampling <br /> unobserved by PHS/EHD staff. <br /> 5/8/92 Stockpile was authorized by PHS/EHD to be returned to excavation. <br /> 8/4/98 8/5/98 Three borings were constructed at site witnessed by PHS/EHD. <br /> Hydrocarbon odor observed in Boring#1. <br /> 8/25198 Soil sample results from borings evidence contamination. <br /> 5/17/99 Three monitoring wells were constructed at the site observed by <br /> PHS/EHD. <br /> 9114/99 Subsurface Site Investigation Report and Well Survey Report evidenced <br /> low petroleum contaminants in soil and groundwater samples collected <br /> from MW5-2 and MW5-3. Well Survey evidenced one, deep screened <br /> well 1,000 feet radius from the site. <br /> 12/16/99 Quarterly Monitoring Report evidenced non-detectable contaminant <br /> results for all 3 MWs. <br /> 1120/00 Closure summary preparation. <br /> i <br />
