6.3 SITE SAFETY OFFICER <br /> The Site Safety Officer (SSO) shall: i <br /> 1. Ensure that appropriate personal protective equipment is available on-site for <br /> B&R personnel. <br /> 2. Observe contractor's health and safety procedures. If contractor's personnel do <br /> not have appropriate protective equipment to perform work within the (SSP) <br /> standards, the SSO shall consult with the PM or PHSD before proceeding with <br /> the work. <br /> 4. Maintain and calibrate monitoring equipment utilized on-site as frequently as <br /> necessary. -� <br /> 5. Report accidents, incidents or inadequate work practices observed involving <br /> B&R personnel or subcontractors to either the PM or the PHSD. <br /> 6.4 PROJECT PERSONNEL <br /> Project site personnel shall: <br /> I. Take all reasonable precautions to prevent injury to themselves and to their <br /> co-workers. `r <br /> 2.
