10.0 DECONTAMINATION <br /> Decontamination procedures described in this section meet the needs of ordinary activities at <br /> the Port of Stockton site such as sampling soil and groundwater. Additional decontamination <br /> procedures that may be required for some activities. Work plans for specific projects will <br /> include decontamination procedures applicable to that project. j <br /> J <br /> 10.1 PERSONNEL DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES (IF NEEDED) <br /> If skin contact is made with contaminants, the affected area is to be washed with soap and fresh I <br /> water. -- <br /> 10.2 SAMPLING GEAR DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES <br /> Clean with Alquinox and fresh water or pressure wash. <br /> 10.3 DISPOSAL OF INVESTIGATION-DERIVED MATERIALS <br /> (EXPENDABLES, DECON WASTE, CUTTINGS, WATER, ETC.) <br /> The small amounts of soil and water expected to be generated during sampling activities will <br /> be spread out on the ground at the site. <br /> 11.0 EMERGENCY PROCEDURES <br /> In the event of an accident or emergency condition, the procedure specified below shall be <br /> followed immediately. <br /> E - 13 DA98117Vi SPIAN.WPN <br />
