t _ <br /> CLOSURE CHRONOLOGY FOR PORT OF STOCKTON <br /> PORT RD B AND 2, STOCKTON,,CA <br /> April 28, 1993-A 600 gallon Underground Storage Tank(UGT)was removed from the <br /> site under inspection of San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental <br /> Health Division (PHS/EHD). Soil odor and discoloration was observed by the PHS/EHD <br /> inspector. <br /> Ma 6 1993- Analytical results evidence soil contamination (TPHg=28 and 57 ppm, <br /> T=l ppm, X= 5 ppm, E= 57 ppm). <br /> June 15, 1993- UAR and Prop 65 completed. <br /> January 12,1998-Site entered LOP <br /> January 15, 1998-Notice of Responsibility mailed to Responsible Party. <br /> Julv 15, 1998- PHS/EHD approved work plan to investigate contamination. <br /> Aueust S and 7, 1998- Three borings were advanced in the location of the previously <br /> removed UGT. Soil was sampled at 13 feet and 18 feet in each boring as was <br /> groundwater. Results evidenced MTBE at 95 ppb in boring#2, lead at 14 ppm in Boring <br /> #2 All other samples were non detectable for petroleum hydrocarbons. <br /> October 14, 1998- PHS/EHD began closure chronology <br />
