CLOSURE SUMMARY <br /> City of Stockton Municipal Utilities District <br /> Royal Oaks and Princess, Stockton, CA <br /> Mav 20, 1994 One 1500 gal. UST was removed. PHS/EHD inspector observed strong <br /> odor in soil samples saturated with water. <br /> July 20 and 23, 1998 UAR and Prop 65 completed respectively. <br /> July 28, 1994 Soil samples evidence Xylene and TPHd upon laboratory analysis. <br /> January 15 1998 Site entered LOP. NOR was sent to RP. <br /> April 12, 1999 PHS/EHD approved Investigative Work Plan. <br /> May 4 and 5, 1999 Three borings were constructed to —45 feet below surface grade. <br /> Soil samples and a groundwater sample were collected and analyzed. A storm drain was <br /> penetrated during the drilling of Boring #3, this borehole was temporarily protected but <br /> not grouted. Boring#2 had problems holding grouting material but was grouted <br /> successfully. <br /> May 20, 1999 All sample results for soil and groundwater were non detectable for <br /> contamination. <br />
