MAY-05-2006 13:42 FROM:PRRK & Pr ' 209 9378260 TO' -,94683433 P.002/002 <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> May 5, 2006 <br /> TO: Mark Madison, Municipal Utilities Director <br /> FROM: Pamela Sloan, Parks and Recreation Director <br /> SUBJECT: MONITORING WELLS AT ATHERTON AND SANDMAN PARKS <br /> Reference your memorandum dated April 28, 2006 <br /> The locations of the proposed monitoring wells within the subject parks have been <br /> reviewed. These locations are acceptable to the Parks and Recreation Department and <br /> e apartment doH not object to their installation. <br /> The following is requested: <br /> 1. The vault covers shall have a slip resistant surface <br /> 2. The vault covers shall be traffic rated. <br /> 3. Advise Chris Moreno, Parks Superintendent, phone number 209-937-8372, at <br /> least 72 hours prior to start of construction. <br /> 4.
