Eisert <br /> 4255 Highway 70 in Storrie, Plumas County, California (the Site; Figures 1 and 2). <br /> The activities described herein were conducted at the Site during January through Phone: <br /> March 2011 in response to the following two documents prepared by the Central 916.786.1871 <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB): email: <br /> James.Eisert <br /> cc Order to Submit Information Pursuant to California Water Code Section 13267, @arcadis-us.com <br /> Union Pacific Railroad, Denatured Ethanol and Canola Oil Spill, Storrie, Plumas <br /> County, dated August 31, 2007 (RWQCB 2007) Our ref: <br /> RC000738.0001.00045 <br /> 00 Amended Cleanup and Abatement Order(CAO) R5-2008-0712, Site Cleanup <br /> Program Case#2050298, UPRR Storrie Derailment, Plumas County, dated <br /> December 18, 2008 (RWQCB 2008) <br /> Additionally, the work was completed in accordance with the Response to Cleanup <br /> and Abatement Order R5-2008-0712, Site Cleanup Program Case#2050298, UPRR <br /> Storrie Derailment, Plumas County, prepared by CH2M Hill and dated October 29, <br /> 2008 (CH2M Hill 2008a). <br /> The RWQCB approved reducing groundwater monitoring and sampling frequency at the <br /> Site from monthly to quarterly in a letter to UPRR dated December 21, 2009. <br /> Additionally, the RWQCB approved reducing surface water and test pit sampling from <br /> monthly to quarterly in a telephone conversation with ARCADIS on January 21, 2010. <br /> Imagine the result <br />
