Mr. Mike Altherton -3 - 7 December 2001 <br /> subdivision (b). <br /> (b) (1) Civil liability may be administratively imposed by a regional board in accordance with Article <br /> 2.5 (commencing with Section 13323) of Chapter 5 for a violation of subdivision (a) in an amount which <br /> shall not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000)for each day in which the violation occurs." <br /> Pursuant to Section 13267 of the California Water Code, Altherton Kirk Development Company, <br /> for the Former Spreckels Sugar Plant No. 2, shall submit the following: a final closure report for <br /> the lime pond area and a revised Water Quality Protection Standard report by 1 February 2002; <br /> and a work plan to re-close the lime pond in compliance with the requirements for a Class II <br /> landfill pursuant to Title 27 Section 21090 by 29 March 2002.
