This proposal was <br /> revised based on a recent letter by Mr. Ross Atkinson of the CVRWQCB. <br /> The scope of work is described in this proposal. Kleinfelder Typical Field Protocol is detailed in <br /> Attachment A. The cost estimate is included as Attachment B. The work requisition authorizing <br /> us to proceed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the existing contract is presented as <br /> Attachment C. We can begin work as soon as we receive approval of the work plan from the <br /> CVRWQCB, permit approval by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Department <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) and both signed work requisitions. We will return a <br /> fully executed copy of the work requisition to you. <br /> This proposal was developed after correspondence with Mr. Atherton and using Kleinfelder's <br /> current understanding of the site conditions, and is a preliminary understanding of Atherton Kirk <br /> Development Company's desires and requirements. We have prepared this proposal based on <br /> information usually requested in a workplan by the PHS/EHD and the CVRWQCB.
