The well will be surveyed as described in Appendix A, Section A-3.4. 4.5 Collection of Groundwater Samples The well will not be sampled for chemical analysis after development. Rather MW-3r will be replacing MW-3 in the routine groundwater monitoring at the site. 4.6 Report Preparation Upon completion of soil and groundwater sampling, and receipt and review of analytical results, a report will be prepared for client review. The report will include: • A description of field activities, observations, and protocols; • Lithologic logs and, if appropriate, interpreted geologic cross sections; • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory work; and; • An assessment of the results, with conclusions and recommendations. All information gathered during the study by Kleinfelder is considered confidential and will be released only upon written authorization from the client or as required by law. California law requires a person to inform the state if a situation is encountered that can be considered an immediate endangerment to the public's health or welfare and/or to the environment. 5.0 SCHEDULE Kleinfelder could initiate drilling activities within approximately 5 to 10 working days of receiving written authorization to proceed by the client, PHS/EHD and the CVRWQCB. Our report of the initial monitoring well installation and groundwater sampling will be submitted for client review within 10 to 20 working days of receiving analytical results. Verbal results can be provided upon our receipt of the analytical data.
