This approach will involve our efforts to <br /> try to separate the pond closure issue from regulatory closure for the groundwater issues related <br /> to the wastewater ponds. The two-pronged approach will allow us to get closure on various <br /> segments of the project as it progresses. <br /> In accordance with your defined scope of work, Kleinfelder will provide the following scope of <br /> services. The scope of services would include: <br /> • Task 1.1 Pond Closure Evaluation Workplan <br /> • Task 2.1 Statistical Analysis of Groundwater Data & <br /> Request for Regulatory Closure <br /> Please review the enclosed scope of work, client responsibilities and assumptions and the cost <br /> estimate.
