�4 <br />` � �� KLEifvFELDEK <br /> 7 LIMITATIONS <br /> The findings in this report are based upon: <br /> o Location of monitoring wells prior to installation were surveyed by Nolte and <br /> Associates. <br /> o Three monitoring wells, installed for monitoring ground water quality and <br /> water levels within the uppermost water bearing unit. <br /> o Observations of Kleinfelder field personnel. <br /> o Survey data received from Nolte and Associates, licensed land surveyor. <br /> o Ground water analytical results provided by Chemwest Analytical <br /> Laboratories, Inc., Sacramento and ENSECO, California, Analytical <br /> Laboratory, West Sacramento. <br /> It should be noted that the above findings are based on a limited number of <br /> borings/monitoring wells and water samples, and that the findings of this report are based <br /> solely on the results obtained from these locations at the time of sampling. If a greater <br /> degree of assurance is desired Meinfelder should be contacted for additional drilling and <br /> sampling. <br /> The ground water assessment and report of findings was prepared in general accordance <br /> with accepted standard of care that existed in San Joaquin County, California, at the time <br /> the assessment was performed. It should be recognized that definition and evaluation of <br /> ~ geologic and environmental conditions and recommendations are generally made with <br /> limited knowledge of the subsurface conditions present.
