From Science to Solufions,M <br /> 0 7 6 <br /> April 18, 2006 <br /> Notification of Street and Sidewalk Construction Work <br /> To the residents in the vicinity of 1435 Oak Court, 1436 Pine Court, 425 Sequoia <br /> Boulevard, and 510 Forest Hills Drive: <br /> Science Applications International Corporation(SAIC), working on behalf of Chevron <br /> Environmental Management Company, wishes to inform you that SAIC will be <br /> destroying four groundwater monitoring wells in your neighborhood during the week of <br /> Monday, April 2e through Friday, April 28s', 2006. <br /> This work will be conducted in compliance with the City of Tracy's Encroachment <br /> Permit No. 06316, dated March 23, 2006. Construction work will largely occur between <br /> the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. <br /> During this time, SAIC will need unobstructed access to the wells. SAIC will place"No <br /> Parking" signs around the wells on Friday, April 21,notifying residents that work will <br /> begin the following Monday. During the work, SAIC will mobilize several large pieces <br /> of equipment(including a drill rig and support vehicles). SAIC will place traffic cones <br /> and work signage around the areas for safety and security purposes. Following the well <br /> destruction, the streets and sidewalks will be repaired. <br /> SAIC's intention is to conduct this work with little or no inconvenience to you.
