Former Skips Service Station - 3 - 29 June 2018 <br />(AKA H/S Auto Repair) <br />300 South California Street <br />Stockton, San Joaquin County <br />4. A soil gas sample should also be collected between the former dispenser island(s) and the <br />site building. Please submit a Work Plan Addendum by 15 August 2018, presenting a <br />scope of work for collection of a soil gas sample in this location. <br />5. Shallow soil samples should be collected near the former dispenser island(s). No soil data <br />has been collected in this area. Please include in the Work Plan Addendum a scope of work <br />to collect an adequate number of shallow soil samples to assess this area. <br />6. Soil samples should also be analyzed for 1,2 -DCA and EDB. Please ensure the scope of <br />work presented in the Work Plan Addendum reflects this addition to the parameter list. <br />7. Soil samples collected from the proposed boring near the former waste oil tank should be <br />analyzed for: TPH-G, TPH as diesel (TPH-D), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), semi - <br />VOCs (SVOCs), oil and grease, polychlorinated biphenyl (PCBs), and title 22 metals. <br />Please ensure the scope of work presented in the Work Plan Addendum reflects the <br />expanded parameter list needed for these soil samples. <br />8. Please generate and include comprehensive soil and groundwater analytical data in future <br />reports. Please include grab groundwater data. This allows for easier and faster review by <br />Central Valley Water Board staff and the public. <br />9. In the 1Q2018 Report, Ground Zero recommended continued semi-annual groundwater <br />monitoring. Central Valley Water Board staff concur with this recommendation. Please <br />submit a Third Quarter 2018 Semi -Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report by <br />15 November 2018. <br />10. Ground Zero recommended preparing a Site Conceptual Model (SCM) by 31 March 2019 <br />and to evaluate the Site using the State Water Resources Control Board's Low Threat <br />Underground Storage Tank Case Closure Policy (LTCP).
