Project Health and Safety Plan <br /> ENSAFE RS&H <br /> Stockton Metropolitan Airport, Stockton, California <br /> January 27, 2020 <br /> PURPOSE <br /> The provisions of this plan are mandatory for all EnSafe Inc. (EnSafe) personnel working on the <br /> Stockton Metro Airport in Stockton, CA. All EnSafe onsite personnel, subcontractors, and visitors shall <br /> read this plan and sign the accompanying acknowledgement form (Section 16.2) before starting site <br /> activities. The EnSafe Site Supervisor or EnSafe Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) will be <br /> responsible for ensuring that an orientation is conducted on the scope of work and hazards expected <br /> to be encountered on the Site. <br /> EnSafe will suspend the site work and will evacuate the area under the following conditions: <br /> • If inadequate safety precautions are being taken, or <br /> • If it is believed that site personnel may be exposed to an immediate health and/or safety <br /> hazard that cannot be mitigated <br />
