Also attached are the Return To Compliance (RTC) Certification and Corrective Action Statement (CAS) Worksheet, inspection photo contact sheet, and a Hazardous Waste Tank Daily Inspection Log template. Please confirm receipt. Larger inspection photos will be emailed to you shortly in separate emails due to their large file size. Complete and submit a copy of the attached Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by 3/27/2020.
