Provide a statement to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 105 CCR 66262.34(d)(2)No emergency coordinator. <br /> OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan with an assigned emergency coordinator was not posted at <br /> the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that <br /> arise. The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in <br /> the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of the <br /> emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of the <br /> fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility. Provide a statement to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 110 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years, January 8, 2017 to January 8, <br /> 2020 for all hazardous waste including used oil and used antifreeze.
