A second meal break of a minimum 30 minutes is requried be take for all employees(who work over 10 hours <br /> and)up to 12 hours in a day,unless wavied by the employee.Any employee can waive their second lunch if they work less than 12 hours <br /> that day and properly take their first meal period.I attest that I have been given and have taken all my meal and breaks on time for the prior <br /> pay period. I have read and understood the rest,meal,and recovery period requirements and understand that Belkorp Ag is providing and <br /> making available to me the rest periods,meal periods,and recovery periods. 1 understand that if I am having trouble taking my rest,meal, <br /> and recovery periods,that I am required to discuss this immediately with my supervisor to allow my supervisor to correct this so I can take <br /> my breaks.If I continue to have trouble taking my rest,meal,and recovery periods after discussing with my supervisor,I understand that I <br /> am required to contact HR immediately in writing at HR@belkorpag.com.
