(The Proposed Commercial and Residential Areas* include <br /> Klienfelder report numbers 2017R458, 2017R495, 2017R497, 20178498, 2018R131, <br /> 20181,186, and 2018R216. See attached site map of Proposed Commercial and <br /> Residential Areas for site physical locations/boundaries). With the provision that the <br /> information provided to this agency is accurate and representative of existing conditions, <br /> it is our position that no further action is required at this time. This no further action <br /> requirement does not include the Underground Storage Tank at the former farmhouse <br /> area at the intersection of Cottage and Yosemite Avenue, this will require a 30 day <br /> minimum review period and concurrence response from the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board. <br /> Please be advised that this letter does not relieve you of any liability under the California <br /> Health and Safety Code or Water Code for past, current or future operations at this site. <br /> Nor does it relieve you of the responsibility to clean up existing, additional, or previously <br /> unidentified conditions at the site which cause or threaten to cause pollution, <br /> contamination, or nuisance or otherwise pose a threat to water quality or public health. <br /> Additionally, be advised that changes in the present or proposed land use at the site may <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
