This data has been submitted to the <br /> Department of Toxic Subtances Control (DTSC) and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board(CVRWQCB)for review in accordance with the provisions of Senate Bill 1248 which requires local <br /> agencies to notify these regulatory offices prior to entering into a"Local Cleanup Agreement". DTSC and <br /> the CVRWQCB have issued correspondence to PHS/EHD which authorizes this agency to act as lead for <br /> the oversight,investigation and remediation at the subject site described above. <br /> This correspondence confirms the completion of the remedial activities for the subject site described above. <br /> With the provision that the information provided to this agency is accurate and representative of existing <br /> conditions, it is our position that no further action is required at this time. <br /> Please be advised that this letter does not relieve you of any liability under the California Health and Safety <br /> Code or Water Code for past, current or future operations at this site. Nor does it relieve you of the <br /> responsibility to clean up existing, additional, or previously unidentified conditions at the site which cause <br /> or threaten to cause pollution, contamination, or nuisance or otherwise pose a threat to water quality or <br /> public health. <br /> Additionally,be advised that changes in the present or proposed land use at the site may require further site <br /> characterization and mitigation activity. It is the property owner's responsibility to notify this agency of <br /> any changes in report content, future contamination findings,or site usage. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation during this investigation.
