' KI_ EINFECDER <br /> rbackground groundwater quality should be taken into consideration as a <br /> potential source influencing the groundwater quality beneath the site. <br /> rBased on these conclusions, Kleinfelder has the following requests and <br /> recommendations: <br /> r1. On behalf of AKF Development Company, Kleinfelder requests that RWQCB <br /> rescind Revised Order No. R5-2003-024, including the requirements for <br /> 1 groundwater monitoring activities at the site. <br /> r 2. Following the rescinding of Revised Order No R5-2003-024 and groundwater <br /> monitoring requirements at the site by the RWQCB, Kleinfelder recommends <br /> the abandonment of all the monitoring wells in accordance with all San <br /> r Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) regulations. <br /> 3.
