The <br /> sampling was recommended due to the results of our review of plans for the Manteca Spreckels Plant recently <br /> provided to us by Spreckels Development Company. The scope of work is described in Attachment A, with <br /> Kleinfelder field protocols as Attachment B. The cost estimate is included as Attachment C. The work requisition <br /> authorizing us to proceed is presented as Attachment D. We can begin work as soon as we receive both signed <br /> work requisitions. We will return a fully executed copy to you. Please note that this work can not be comyleted <br /> by the February 25. 1997 deadline.
